I am extremely grateful and lucky to have found Mr. David Kasell Esq. while searching for an Auto Fraud lawyer. Last year I bought out my car that I had leased for the prior 3 years. Or so I thought. My lease broker, a well-known (at the time, I had no idea) scammer located in South Brooklyn, had taken my money but never completed the buyout. Several before me have claimed rudeness. I saw this first hand. This review went from three stars to one. Read your contracts fully. We were contacted by this Lawfirm and I was offered a great game. They said they would file a motion to dismiss a suit against my company due to some certain factors on location.i was told on the phone that it would also give additional time to negotiate a settlement. I read the agreement and it stated that the fee was for the motion only. I sent an email just asking for clarification and received a reply stating since I didn’t understand they couldn’t help and would be refusing to do the motion now. This is a lawyer that drops out for asking a question. I emailed them that I was upset that they would drop out after I just asked for clarification and told them I would be leaving a review. At this point it was going to be a 3 star because they were super nice despite not communicating but I got a phone call from Brian just now trying to guilt me into a situation. I explained to him my thoughts and apologized to him several times however he kept attacking me went from okay we will do the whole thing for free. I said I didn’t want that and he chimed in with you have two choices either we do it for free or not at all. I said of course I want it done he kept on and then proceeded to attack me more saying well you didn’t pay them you took their money and didn’t pay them back. This whole thing was from miscommunication. I am not blameless but I tried to communicate which I was accused of trying to establish a paper trail. They refused to communicate and Brian was constantly interrupting and was very rude. This could have been avoided with being upfront and honest which I feel from the hostility from asking a simple question before signing that there is something more.

Office manager very unprofessional. Was willing to pay the money and over a misunderstanding & miscommunication was declined based off the fact of “feelings”. Hearing that from men and as a man was very hilarious. Bringing “feelings” to a place of business after doing what was requested even if it was a plethora of emails should not be a deciding factor in helping someone.

This lawyer and his staff were very rude to us and very unprofessional. They gave us an appointment at 9:30 am to come see him. We reach his office at 9:15 am and by 10:30 am he is still not at his office ! After that his secretary also has the audacity to have other clients that came after us skip us to see him before us. Never coming back here again
