Ed Kasputis is the best attorney, We must have called 5 attorneys with either no call back or they made us feel like they were representing the other side. We had an eviction hearing, it went in our favor. Ed represented us extremely well. He made us feel that he was on our side. You will not be disappointed!

It appears that this guy lets his totally unqualified 23 year old son “manage” properties he owns and since his daddy is a lawyer he thinks he can treat tenants like dirt. Makes total sense why your son feels like he can threaten to evict people based on his own hurt feelings.

Mr. Kasputis answered the phone himself. Talked on his speaker phone - acoustics (echo) was bad. I had a question about my rental agreement - he said to fax him a copy - never heard back. I'm not going to beg him to represent me.

Only had a general question and it was a short phone call but he was very helpful and straight to the point and had a wonderful attitude. Would love to use him for help if needed in the future.

We have used Edward Kasputis for evicting a couple of tenants. In each case, he made mistakes that resulted in financial loss to us, in addition to the duplicate fees we had to pay him. In the first case, we specifically told him that we are evicting the tenant based on overstaying the 30 day notice. Because Kasputis filled out the paperwork for non payment, we had to file the eviction twice. In the second case, he did not review the paperwork that was given to him which included an error so we had to re-file the case again, losing yet another month of rent. Not only did Kasputis' mistakes cost a delay in evicting the tenants and loss of additional rent, but each time he files, he requires to be paid in full for the eviction, although it is one eviction and one case, which should be covered under one payment. When asked for a compromise on the cost for the second filing, to pay only the filing fee for the Court, he got aggressive denied that he made a mistake and refused to adjust his pricing accordingly. We found him arrogant, talking too much instead of paying attention, having poor business ethics and difficult to work with. We would not recommend this attorney to anyone.

Mr. Kasputis was kind enough to do an "over the phone consultation" in regards to a landlord-tenant situation. Being a new landlord, the information shared was was both informative & beneficial to me. Thanks for your time & being transparent in answering my questions! 👍
