I really appreciate the hard work & dedication from Kass law firm. You guys & girls are great!!! I am very happy & pleased about the outcome of my case. I highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of assistance. Every staff member was welcoming from start to finish.

I was not impressed. Even though the cast family and staff were very polite and kind I did not receive the same treatment as the other reviews. I did most of the work and got all the paperwork done in 2 days which they stated they couldn't in 3 weeks. The insurance adjuster had already told me that they had settled my case long before Kass and his staff came with a settlement. When it came to the percentage of money they took 75% and I took 25% until I disagreed with them and ended up getting my 2/3. I was very displeased with how they handled the situation with the insurance adjuster and I had to argue for my money at the end of the process. Please be aware to stay on top of them as I did every week and make sure you keep all of your medical information to back up your standings

Whatever you do don’t go to this law firm, Mr. Kass Jr. is does show superior customer service like his father he will say whatever he has to get you to sign with them he showed racist characteristics and is very rude if you question him about your case and he doesn’t even go to court to fight your case he hires others to do it don’t be fooled by the advertisement I will never go to this law firm again he preys on the injured I thank God i’m a woman who speaks my mind when i’m done wrong karma always finds it way back to people.
