Mark is one of the most compassionate lawyers you will ever come across. I highly recommend this law firm and I personally have sent many friends to see him and his team for a consultation.

Very nice lawyer and super helpful. Getting a hold of him is sometimea hard but he eventually gets back to you. The secretary who answers the phone comes off abrasive at first but once you get past that she is quite helpful and polite.

I will preface by stating that this is the second time I have hired MK. The first was about 10 years ago. At that time, he was spot on, very organized and a very decent lawyer. I believe making law guardian of the year at one point. Unfortunately, the family court system I believe has burnt him out. Although he has always appeared on time for court appearances, he comes very disorganized. He is a total mess in court and gets frustrated very easily if other attorneys say something that he disagrees with. Very unprofessional. At one point, the law guardian in my case made an accusation that MK was just taking my money. I later found out that is exactly what was happening. We met several times for pre-trial and MK made many grand statements and promises that gave me hope. He was going to subpoena witnesses, get the law guardian removed, ask for a Lincoln hearing and even get the evidence from the other side dismissed because they missed the submission date by a month. The day of the trial came and everything that we talked about went up in smoke. We never even went in for trial. It is important to note that I only paid him an additional $1K (on top of $2K initial retainer) because he promised that "win or lose, I'm taking this through trial". Well, he took my trial money and folded like a cheap tent the day of the trial. At one point telling me behind closed doors that if I took a certain offer now, he would come back and represent me for free in a year or two. Can anyone say quid pro quo? In addition, he stumbled and bumbled so badly in the court room that my order doesn't even reflect what was agreed upon. Even the other party agrees! Now I have to go back and try to fix the mess myself. I would not hire MK ever again. My case is so badly messed up that I don't even want him to try to fix it. I will take my chances doing it myself.

Woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and unpleasant. Talks down to you and treats you like an idiot if you ask simple questions accused me of trying to get "freebie legal advice" when I honestly just had questions regarding my son to whom Kassner was the law guardian for when I was going through family court 3 yrs. Ago.

This lady is totally rude, offensive, and outright disgusting and sick!
