Was passed on to them by a more wel known firm and thought my case would be forgotten but they won my case and though it was for small settlement they negotiated my fees and even reduced theirs so I would still receive a small settlement amount. Pleasantly surprised.

Honestly sad that I have to report them for leading me on with information asked multiple times that person on my cases was no working with me asked multiple times to remove Tracey off my case told me to accept the offer and would fight for more only to get bare minimum and people act like I shouldn’t be upset these ppl wasted my time and lied I asked 3 times for a new paralegal I asked multiple times is this worth I honestly hope someone comes in play them and lead them on like they do “Certain Clients” walk away with more money than the person in actual wreck did not care about my case I’m left with permanent injuries and Not happy with outcome then paid for overnight shipping had to go pick up my check from FedEx driver had to work with FedEx to meet then but called for a refund they saying oh they can’t y’all charged me and I still had to go get it they are not fair and honestly wish I never worked with them at all sale a dream and do nothing hated the whole outcome this is the worst experience I had with lawyers never again honestly Kristie did try and make things right but honestly was more into her personal situation why take my case knowing you had personal issues I have it in email where I was told I had to accept the max before they could get anything else now I have to report it clearly for leading me on false information even speaking with another paralegal said I needed to accept it before they could get anything else wasted my time

The best damn firm in USA! These women take charge everyone is friendly and funny. I'm a otr trucker who was hurt by wreckless driver and I had bad legal team from another firm who did me wrong. And that's when I came to here! They went and fixed everything and they seek justice and maximum settlement for you. This firm is one that don't play around and very aggressive when it comes to justice ⚖️! Very good communication and honesty! They are more like family and I can't thank them enough. Can't wait until everything is finished with my case! Insurance companies fear this firm and they should!
