Christine Caldemeyer is absolutely God Sent. Through one of the most difficult times in my life she has been an amazing, accurate, successful, and timely attorney. She is kind, authentic, trustworthy, non-judgmental and empathetic. She truly excels at her job, and is just an excellent human being. I trust her completely. Her goal is to have the best possible outcome for her clients and she works so hard to do everything possible to achieve that. I highly recommend her. There is a family atmosphere at this firm (which was started by her mother) as she works with her brothers who are also attorneys and it is a very safe place. I was referred to her through her brother Mike who was just as lovely. They each specialize in a different area of law. If you need help with anything legal- just call and you will be referred to the correct sibling. This is a well oiled machine and the feeling and knowledge that they truly care can’t be found elsewhere.

This is a wonderful law firm. Joseph Mehzer took my auto accident personal injury case. He was empathetic, detail oriented and extremely helpful. My settlement was for many many times what the other driver's insurance company offered me. I also appreciated going to the office in a suburban location, not downtown. Try them!

UPDATE SINCE MY LAST REVIEW 10 MONTHS AGO: Since my last review 10 months ago, Kathleen Mezher & Associates STILL HAS NOT SENT MY SETTLEMENT FUNDS TO ME! I filled a complaint with Ohio Disciplinary Counsel who has reviewed the file and taken action to investigate the complaint further. Kathleen Mezher & Associates have retained their own attorney and claim they did not send funds owed to me due to not having a forwarding address. I have emailed my address to their office several times and called their office to no avail. The Ohio Disciplinary Council even provided them with my address and to this day, I have not received the funds owed to me. My case was settled in December 2022. ...... BEWARE MEZHER LAW WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I signed a client representation agreement in July 2022 and retained Mezher Law on an hourly basis. The case was settled early December and when the settlement check was sent to Mezher Law's office on January 17th I then received an incorrect bloated bill on January 31st for additional charges of $5,180.00 and Mezher Law is refusing to provide proof of additional charges and refuse to release my settlement from our agreement of paying them hourly. I spoke with Mike over the phone and he refused to provide details that my settlement is in the proper trust account and I informed Mike I would be moving forward with filing a grievance with the court and he said "Good Luck" and hung up the phone. I am truly disturbed by how I've been treated and the failure of Mezher Law to provide accurate billing and STEALING CLIENT FUNDS!!!
