I had the same experience with the receptionist as the other review! It’s why I decided to use a different attorney for my mother! Kathleen seemed knowledgeable but I didn’t want to have to deal with her “assistant” ever again!

Receptionist not very friendly. Snappy attitude when asked a question like i was getting on her nerves. It was almost as if she really didn't want to answer any of my questions and she was rushing me off the phone. I told her to have a nice day and smile a little. I will take my business else where.
