Very disappointed. She has not responded to my emails or calls in weeks. I now have to search for a new attorney. Wasted a lot of time. You never told me you were too busy, you said you would get back to me, I called and emailed several times, if you would have told me that you couldn’t help me. I would have moved on. I have wasted the last 2 months waiting on you.

We are from out of state and needed probate services in FL for a property. Atty Sheive and her offices were able to help us out quickly and efficiently and made the whole process as easy as possible. Highly recommended.

Kathy Shive is the best attorney I have ever had, her staff is amazing I didn’t know what I was going to do or how to handle getting my brothers money I called her out of the blue, she simply said how can I help so I told her the other lawyers that were just absolutely dismissive of me wouldn’t speak to me about getting what was left of the money he had, I explained that my brother passed away in August and they contacted me but then communicating stoped on their end, in short if wasn’t for this womnan such a blessing I would have ended up with nothing I recommend her highly stay far away from Rue and Ziffer

Kathy Sheive and her staff was very professional during this difficult process. She made sure I was informed and comfortable during my mediation process. At the end of it all I was pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend her.

Very poor service. she lost our case bc she filled in wrong court and didn’t provide documents into evidence. Then very rude and unprofessional when asked her for assistance. She was unqualified for a custody case, not knowledgeable. I felt uncomfortable with her in the beginning and should have stuck to my gut feelings. Do yourself a favor and keep searching.

Called to get help with transferring a deed. In the end she was not willing to take on the case because of her case load.
