I've had a case with Christopher J. Johnson since the beginning of 2026, and everything has been terrible. I can't get in touch with him. The assistant, Jasmine Soto, never answers messages. If I have questions, there are no answers. The communication is awful. I'm very disappointed with the treatment I'm receiving. When the assistant, Jasmine Martinez, was here, the service was 100%. She was a very sweet and kind person, always answering messages with a smile. People like her should be around and not lost. As a client, I was happy with the service Jasmine Martinez provided, but now I'm very disappointed. I don't recommend this cervical specialist; he's terrible, and I can't get in touch with Christopher J. Johnson. I can't even send him emails. I don't know how my case is progressing. I hope you read this review and improve the service.
