We had a problem involving a noise issue that made sleeping in our house at night almost impossible. The laws favor municipalities and this was a lengthy process because of the town official’s unwillingness to work with us. We always believed a lawyer with years of experience would pay off and it did. We settled our disagreement with the town over the nuisance with a Consent order agreement that we could accept as the best possible outcome to resolve our problem. David did not give up fighting for our rights. This was not cheap but it was worth every cent we spent. I called and didn't realize it was him and I thought it was going to be to leave a message so it was kind of funny and we both laughed. Explain what's going on You want me to email him with everything and then I explain my situation that I would like it to be in contingent and he said he couldn't do it and we were talking and the next thing I know he "hung up"on me. If you thinking attorney Acts like that is somebody you want to represent you with an attitude and the arrogance. That will be your decision. I have to tell you I don't mind if somebody won't take something on but to have the gall and the arrogance just to hang up on somebody that is the rudest thing you can do to a person. I wanted to write this review because being in business learning as I go over the past 7 years I realize how important reviews are in both elevating or downgrading businesses based on their performance and in this world full of mediocrity i find its always a good deed to give credit where credit is due. Last year I had received a 93A letter along with multiple false accusations after performing work on an individuals vehicle. I was petrified and did not know what to do as after doing a brief search I realized this was a known corrupt local attorney who is now currently recommended for suspension by the BAR counsel for threatening 93A letters like I received myself. Looking for counsel I searched google and Katz Law Group came up. Very promptly I received a phone call from David. To be clear I was not able to attain David and this group as counsel because I was not able to acquire and send all documents regarding the case as quick as David rightfully needed because I was blindsided by all of this. The reason I am writing this now is the case continues on to this day and just yesterday I attended a hearing. As I am sitting there and the opposing Attorney is in front of the court doing everything in his power to make me look incompetent I thought in my head "This Attorney is not only a liar but is absolutely ruthless" After that thought for some reason I immediately thought back to a phone call i had last year with an attorney who would have been the perfect match to defend this ruthless and unethical attorney I am up against. I could not remember who it was at first but he had a very professional and proactive aggression, was extremely intelligent and was highly informed on business litigation. It was almost to the point I felt slightly intimidated over the phone consult but in a very positive way as looking back now I realize this was the type of attorney that would have stepped in the courtroom and put an opposing attorney with this reputation immediately in their place. Last night I remembered that attorney I had on the phone who came to mind during the court hearing was David Katz. If you are ever dealing with a business litigation the same nature as mine do not hesitate to hire Katz Law Group.
