My experience with this firm was the most stressful period in my life. The staff are unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Since my injury in April 2025, I communicated with an attorney one time. I called several times to speak with an actual attorney. Each time I was informed the attorneys were in a meeting, court, or god knows where. I’m aware attorneys are busy with other clients, but to completely ignore my requests to speak about my case was very frustrating. When my case was finally heard in court, I was not provided any information by the firm. I was given a number by someone in the office and instructed to wait for the magistrate to call me. Of course no one contacted me about the decision. I was informed by the workers comp adjuster that the case was rescheduled and my medications will not be covered until someone form the firm reached out to the board. Of course I made several attempts to speak to an actual attorney. Again I was informed by some paralegal or receptionist that an attorney will reach out to me because they were in court or in a meeting. Throughout the months of physical therapy, specialists, and unanswered calls, I was informed by the workers comp board that my case was dropped because I supposedly signed with another firm back in April of 2025. Once again I called to speak to an attorney to dispute this claim. Again I was informed the attorney was in a meeting and someone will reach out to me. These people should be ashamed of themselves to treat clients who are suffering from pain like they don’t exist. As of today, Inhave no attorney, no money for medication, and no employment because I’m in way too much pain to work. I will be filing a complaint against this firm due to their unethical, negligent conduct and their blatant disrespect towards me by their employees who have no idea of professional decorum for their clients I’m certain this firm was paid handsomely for neglecting me.

Called to get my case handled and the man who answered the phone was very rude. He would not let me talk at all. He wanted me to answer questions without listening to the answer. He kept cutting me off and was very nasty with his response. Would not recommend such a unprofessional practice.

I had a disappointing experience with this firm. From the start, I expected guidance and a clear plan, but communication was poor. Despite repeatedly calling for an explanation of the process, I was always told to just go back to work and wait for a settlement at the end of the year. The providers they referred me to were unresponsive, and the firm never followed up. After a year of waiting, I finally received the information needed to proceed, including doctor visits, physical therapy, and providing medical history to build a strong case. These are things that should have been explained from the beginning. Every time I called, I was told someone would get back to me, but they never did. I always had to follow up. At one point, I asked a secretary for her name, and she dismissively said, “They call me Ace!” which felt unprofessional. When I pushed for answers, she made excuses, saying the firm has a high volume of cases and is a small firm, as if that justified the lack of communication. It wasn’t until I threatened to leave a Google review that they finally put me on the phone with a paralegal. When I suggested that speaking to an attorney earlier would have provided much-needed clarity, she dismissed it, saying it wouldn’t have made a difference and blamed me instead. I wasted a whole year due to their lack of communication and guidance. Would not recommend.
