I was referred here by a very close friend who had a great experience with Attorney Billimoria. We unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to work with him. Absolutely terrible experience do not agree to use him (Zubin) as your guardian If you are a father I expressed serious issues presented to me by my children he then decided because my sons story was the same as mine that means I coached him and portrayed myself as a victim because I cried & stated the goalpost keeps getting moved, I have had 50/50 custody for over two years he recommended I should now get them every other weekend and one Wednesday the week I don’t have them… mind you this is after I was forced to get a license & car I worked from home then was forced to move from Allegheny county to Indiana after proof of both of those and serious accusations backed up by the children he still sided with the mother (I’ve never been in trouble in my whole life broke no custody order and haven’t been proven to be telling any lies this whole process meanwhile mother has been caught telling lies and has violated the order on more than one occasion… it’s already a uphill fight for fathers especially if you are a minority & in my experience this firm will turn that hill into a mountain (ended up getting the legal advice to compromise with the mother, the compromise we agreed on was one day less & allowing them to attend a school I disagreed with but 50/50 during the summer with me having one full week on one full week off.. even with me and the mother agreeing before court he still was trying to bring up what he recommended , because of his recommendation making it feel like I had a high chance of getting even less time a total of 8 times a month with his recommendation I believe to raise my kids statistically speaking kids are better with dad as present as mom & their job is to convey the children’s best interest and in my opinion saying a serious accusation is untrue because a parent and a child can tell it the same &attempting to take time away from a parent willing to move county’s that’s never been in trouble and made a agreement to allow his kids to go to a school against his religious beliefs as long as no corporal punishment is used on the children & the otherside still uses it & then gets caught which was not only because he brings it up then that same guy who told the truth brings another similar situation up and you say he’s lying without a true investigation i can’t say you are doing your job at making sure your decision is in the child’s best interest

Alex, Zubin, and Megan were all wonderful! They were very skilled, experienced, and friendly. They didn't BS us into expecting an unrealistic outcome and told us when it wasn't worth paying them to pursue something that wasn't going to work out. They were all very quick to respond when we would call or email. We had three previous attornies lie to us, mislead us, and ignore us for YEARS and all they managed to do was charge us five figures to accomplish nothing except making things worse. When a close friend referred me to Zubin, it was a COMPLETELY different experience and I can honestly say he and Alex are the kind of lawyers that give their profession a good name!

If you need an lawyer this is the place. They were fair to me about everything. Jen helped me through the whole process and was always there when I had a question. Tom and Alex were extremely nice and genuine as well. Definitely would recommend them they would help you the best they can while being fair with you.

Set a particular time to call us to review case, was late calling and then rushed us off the phone for his next client. Just thought I would edit this…. BY THE WAY, we win our case with a different attorney. your office is stupid and unprofessional
