This attorney missed critical deadlines without telling me and lied about it, my case was thrown out, as a result. He was finally sued but he never paid, so Im taking him back to court again. Case has been going on for 4 years. Hes been giving excuses and not able to send me any kind of documented proof of foward progress in my case. Requested many times, been given excuses of "im working on it" "im handling it" "im currently moving offices" and others. Have to send atleast 4 emails in order get one email with short response. Average tricare case is closed within 2 in a half years.
