They keep sending mail to an unknown person, at our address – except they can’t even get the address right. They have the wrong town with our zip. We have been returning this mail to them repeatedly, and they still keep sending it. I would never do business with an operation like this – they are either completely incompetent or some kind of spammers.

I was sued by Midland Credit Management and didn’t know where to turn. Hiring Crosby Connolly at Kazerouni Law Group was one of the best decisions I made. Crosby has deep knowledge of consumer protection and debt collection law and handled my case with confidence and professionalism. He kept me informed throughout the process and ultimately achieved an outcome that exceeded what I was expecting. This company deserves a class action lawsuit against them. I received a letter saying I am being sued by Amex and I do have an Amex account and the case number is valid with my name. So I have to call Amex and paid for compliant document to verify that is not me. So it turns out that’s what they do, I know the letter shows advertisement but you will pay attention to it if you find out case is real. It’s a complete waste of time and money for other people. Shame on you!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience genuinely deserves one!!!!! When I first contacted this firm about debt resolution, I was very skeptical. They were affordable, extremely responsive, and seemed genuinely willing to help, which honestly made me wonder if it was too good to be true. Still, I decided to take the chance. And I’m really glad I did. They ultimately reduced my debt to about 40% of what I owed, which was far better than I expected going in. The entire process was handled professionally from start to finish, and communication was excellent the whole way through. I never felt left in the dark or unsure about what was happening. Had an amazing experience working with Crosby. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He takes the time to explain w whole process and lays reasonable explanations from the beginning. All consults are different and he made me feel like I was listened to and understood. Never left me feeling uneasy. Do not work with them. I was “helped” by Crosby and I never heard from him unless I reached out first. He did not have my best interest when negotiating for me!

I worked with Crosby Connelly to resolve a debt lawsuit filed against me by Midland Credit Management. He was hired at the last minute to help me before the trial, and we ultimately reached a settlement. Overall, I was satisfied with the outcome and couldn't imagine going to trial without representation. Thank you, Crosby!

This was awful. First of all, They made a deal giving me the lowest amount. I filled out the paperwork and they claim I did not fill it out and did not pay me at all.

Disappointing, found this group on TikTok. Worse decision ever, they had my information since April 2024. Lack in communication, they sent out all automatic emails. To speak with someone is like calling the IRS you won’t be able to get ahold of anyone. Spoke with Nadine she dropped the ball, then spoke with jimmy after he stated he would relay my message multiple times in which he did not. I the called back and he was extremely condescending, we’re now in 2026 and surely I revive an email advising I didn’t respond to the administrator in a timely manner so they aren’t representing even after finding out and stating in the email I qualify for the suit due to leak of information. IF THE FIRM would respond and call back they would know as I advised jimmy numerous times I did NOT get an email. I also advised I received a spam email that wasn’t from the admin. He stated that was it and he’ll See if they could resend this information. In which contradicts the email send stating “ look out for an administrator email.” He stated he would speak with one of the attorneys to resend this, lies there was no further communication as I called daily with no answer. If you’re looking for this firm to represent you BEWARE they’re more hurry on TikTok than taking care of their actual clients…they can’t handle big cases

I got a letter from them saying I was being sued by a company and they were willing to represent me when it was all a lie I never owed anyone money in my life stop wasting peoples time by sending them advertisement letters thank you have a good day!!

No one responds back I have called and left several emails. Told me there was important communication emailed from an administrator that I never received. I all wanted was to know the information that was sent. I signed a retainer, as a client and the lack of communication is very unethical. Unfortunately have to report them to the State Bar.

The terrible work this "law" group did caused the credit reports to continue on with issues. They are not experienced with consumer credit related matters like collections, etc.

The firm does not respect their potential clients, whether or not the client is an attorney or court employee.

My husband and I have used this company about 4x now and Crosby the attorney who helped us is excellent at what he does. The office is really nice and respectful and even when we have missed pmts to their office they are not rude about it they help us process it and just remind us of when its due but never rude. Crosby is great at emailing to keep in contact and txting. We highly recommend working with his office if you need help with legal issues.
