KB Law took us through the K1 Fiance visa, and the Green Card processes over a 20-month period. During the initial meeting, the head attorney seemed intimidating, but straightforward. The legal assistants, however, were very helpful, competent, and easy to talk with. They answered every question to my full confidence. The K1 process was much more complicated, but the preparation during this period laid the groundwork for a speedy Green Card process of only 12 weeks. Their assistants were so thorough, that USCIS never asked for additional documentation. It also required substantial documentation gathering and writing work on our part. They can't work magic without help from the client. Their legal fees are high, but you get what you pay for. We intend to use their services again in the future.
