Jimmy Freeman has been my attorney for more than a decade. Luckily, I personally haven’t needed him for much, but I have referred him to many, many people that are extremely happy with his and his firm services. When my husband was in a car accident at no fault of his own, Jimmy was able to help get a settlement that was appropriate for the situation.
By Far one of the best if not the BEST law firm in NOVA. Had the pleasure of having Mr. Freeman represent me in a recent case I had. The receptionist is quite disrespectful. She doesn't let the client speak. They don't know how to communicate, they don't know how to explain things. We wasted over a week dealing with them with no results. The lawyer never answers. Definitely very disappointed with the service. I don't recommend them.

Hired Mr Freeman, but was dissatisfied. Waited to the day of my court date to ask for video surveillance. Felt as if he didn't even attempt to look into my case and just showed up telling me to take the deal instead of advocating for me. Nice guy, funny, but all in all money down the toilet and a charge for something I didn't commit.
I am sorry to hear you were dissatisfied. We strive to provide outstanding legal services for a fair price. Unfortunately, I cannot ethically comment on the specifics of your case. It is fair to say I do not agree with your assessment. I will tell you that in Virginia, discovery is very limited. We are only entitled to any statements made by a defendant and his/her criminal record. Often times, despite our requests, we cannot obtain that and/or any other information until the actual trial date. In addition, as you know, often times there is no “video surveillance” to obtain. We are always prepared for trial but provide the client with all of the available options and the client makes a decision at that point. I wish you well in the future.
