John and Paul took over my case a little bit ago and we were able to get everything resolved in a very timely manner. It was a very cost-effective and financially smart decision to go with them. They made everything extremely easy with where to meet up and with how to get everything in my case resolved with the best solution. Absolutely fabulous team and I would 10 out of 10. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wish I had seen one like this before hiring them. When I first met John and Paul, they were overly warm and full of reassuring promises. They insisted they would “handle everything” after my car accident. That could not have been further from the truth. They struggled to handle even the most basic step: securing a rental car. What should have taken days turned into weeks of conflicting stories: • “The insurance company is still investigating” (even though the police report already stated fault clearly) • “They need the driver to admit guilt” (nonsensical) • “The policy number was wrong” • Then they suddenly asked if police even came to the scene — something we had already discussed multiple times, with the report already in their possession. I finally contacted the at-fault insurance company myself. To my shock, the claims manager told me John and Paul had only contacted them three times. Not “daily,” not “in constant communication” — just three times. The adjuster didn’t even recognize their names. When liability was eventually accepted, they took credit for it — though they had done nothing. Then I got a sudden call from the rental company demanding the car back immediately or I’d face financial penalties. I learned that USAA had already issued a settlement that I was never informed about. When I confronted John, he acted confused, changed the subject, and even brought up my deceased father — something he already knew about. He then began recording the call without acknowledgment and suggested I lie and lock my credit card to avoid charges. A lawyer advising fraud. What a blowing red flag. USAA later explained that John had ignored their calls and emails. They provided proof which made their lies sickening. And because his first letter instructed them to contact him only, I had been completely kept out of the process. I accepted a low offer because I didn’t know negotiations were possible (neither advised me of this even though they would assure transparency) and I needed transportation to work and school. And here’s the part that says everything: When USAA realized how poorly we had been handled, they sent an additional check themselves out of basic human decency. John then tried to take credit for that too, though he had nothing to do with it. When John and Paul realized we now understood what had been happening, they abruptly withdrew from the case. They like to mention their “faith” often. They like to talk about integrity, empathy, professionalism, community. But I learned that people can wrap themselves in holy language while behaving with none of its spirit. It’s all emotional and psychological manipulation and branding. And no — recent positive reviews do not erase this. They do not erase what happened to me or to other former clients I’ve personally spoken to who experienced similar patterns of neglect, dishonesty, and unprofessional conduct. Their surface may appear polished, but their behavior underneath has not changed. If you are considering hiring them: be cautious. Charm is easy. Competence and integrity are not. * I hoped they, too, have stopped with the CHATGPT or whatever AI technology they used to send nonsensical long replies. It was incredibly awkward and read inauthentic*

John and Paul have been extremely helpful with dealing with an accident I had last month. They made sure to explain in easy to understand terms the process that I'll have to go through for the next few months, and were very personable. They also made my spouse feel very heard, as they weren't in the accident but were there to support me and make sure I knew how to handle everything. I highly recommend their help if you are unfortunate enough to have a car accident!

I don’t have to worry about anything and they are just a phone call away. I can call about any question I have anytime of the day or night! If you have any reservations about having a lawyer don’t! It doesn’t matter how minor, or major your accident is you need someone on your side. The insurance companies are not on your side even if it’s your own company. There were things I had no idea about. Please get the help you deserve from honest people…… there really are honest lawyers out there. It will cost you nothing to get the information you deserve…. Or any money out of your pocket at all ever!
