Had a bad accident at work, resulting in many complications, and issues I'll continue too deal with, without the help of Mr. Plufka, I truly don't beleive I would have been taken care of medically, dealing with a similar issue, I wouldn't hesitate too offer his name too anyone.

Probably worst law firm, Griffiths, I have ever seen. Does not return calls, left client without any feedback or advice. Would not recommend.

Niles is Very old and incompetent!!! He needs to throw in the towel! From 2019-2023 he claimed to have worked on my case for 10 hours but wants to withdraw from my case due to non compliance ummm they never answer or call when back when they say they will so just save yourself and find a better work comp lawyer!!

David Plufka absolutely out of line professionally and is not going to help you unless it's a easy slam dunk case. Lazy, incompetent and i don't want to see anyone else get the same service. Now with months of new representation it is clear how bad of a job Keefe and Griffith does.

Nile Griffiths contacted me said he will take my case I was excited to move forward and thought I was in good hands we had a deposition and I never heard from Nile again I email Nile about my case and he never was in my best interests he never told me anything about the case I had to keep asking to only get told in an email that he will be withdrawing from my case he never helped me one bit on how to find another lawyer are anything it's hard dealing with all this and living with a head injury I thought the lawyers was supposed to help you with any questions and concerns that you might have regarding to the case I never been in a situation like this it feels like I doing the wrong and just want to be healed so I can provide for my family again. Please might sure the Griffiths are in your best interest.

I used them years ago for a work injury I sustained. I was fired from my job because I couldn't work due to my injury. Nile Griffith always kept me informed. He got my medical care taken care of and I got a cash settlement plus a Annuity for future medical expenses. If you have a work injury I would certainly recommend them. Jan his secretary is also great. She was always pleasant to speak with and very helpful.
