Hired keith for civil matter.He lied and said we never agreed.Let 6 months go by before clearing the fact it was only criminal.Why would i pay you 650 for a tresspassing and 5 for resisting arrest.Fix your paper work cause it ante mathing.Do not hire this attorney unless you represent state,then their allowed to assist.Garret you better stop referring people to this man if they have civil suits to handle.I wanted to give them the benifit of doubt but he works for money not us!This firm wanted me to agree to community service and anger classes if i ante represent myself lawyers would of handed me to state.I ante except any offers,wanted body camera footage,my lawyer told me I did interfere, why wasnt i charged for it? and charges where dissmissed?Now I gotta start back at 0.

I’ve used Keith Law and Associates in the past for a personal injury case and I am currently using their services again. Although, I previously had the pleasure of working with Jennifer (paralegal) who was fantastic. I am now working with Desiree who has been exceptional in every step of the way with keeping me informed throughout my case and is very professional.

Keith does not answer his texts. When my organization was finally able to get a hold of him, he did not offer to help or give us any advice. He declined to assess the case if we could not pay his expensive prices per hour. I was told by someone in the community that this lawyer helps community cases for a small fee or pro bono. This is absolutely false. He only cares about money and those who can pay up. We ended up getting advice from an older more experienced lawyer who openly talked to us and gave us the info we needed to proceed. Thank the Lord there is still some good hearted lawyers who still genuinely seek to help others in the community AND not just take their money. Keith is not one of them.

I was speaking to the front desk person, and she just rudely hung up on me.

I wish I had read the reviews before I hired him and his firm. I was represented by both attry: Elm and Keith on a speeding ticket. No one showed up in court triggering a FTA…triggering a suspension. None of which was made known to me and found out 2 years later during a traffic stop. He nor his firm were able to correct their mistake, or even take responsibility…leaving me with a suspended license. I had to hire a new attorney who was able to get my license back within one week. Seems like a pattern to me. I will be following up LEGALLY

DO NOT USE My experience with specifically attorney Eboni Elm has bee terrible since leaving court. To start with the corporate office never showed up to court because they were never served because Eboni didn’t process the paperwork for the corporate office but for the leasing office. Red flag #1. We go to court and it’s ruled in our favor. We are told we just wait for a check to be mailed to us within 60 days. As of this month of May it has been a year and we still have not received a check. I have text, emailed and called the office to get in touch with Eboni and continuously receive no response or a empty promise that is never met. If you are lucky enough to get a response. I’ve been told to stop using text, even though that was our initial way of communication and mutually agreed upon, I have since been blocked. I have called the office several times to get a contact number to find out where the check is and was told to “drive to Greensboro to figure it out, because, you have called a lot”. As a black women using a black female attorney specifically for that reason, I’m disgusted that she would carry herself This way and handle a client this way. We paid her in full before we went to court in May 2021. So a simple phone call, text or email with the contact information on how to track our check would be nice. you would think it would be owed to us since we paid for a service and we’re promised communication and complete service. I was going to commute a 1hr and 30 min to speak with the owner but I see that would be a waste of time from reading others review and seeing he’s just as sorry as his employee/colleagues. So at this point I’m going to higher a lawyer to sue them for not doing their job if I can. I don’t even want anything out of it but for their reputation to represent their poor business, professionalism, servicing and communication skills. I am beyond annoyed that I’m even here writing this. It’s so simple what I’m asking for and not a lot of work.
