Aweful!!! They don’t responds to messages or emails. Very rude and at this point I’m starting to think thery are racist!!! Keith talked with the upmost disrespect! Hung up while I was talking. Just cause your finish you should wait and make sure the next person is. I feel like when things does not go their way then they give you the silent treatment that’s not fair and that’s very unprofessional just because a client speaks out and they’re not ignorant to the calls should not be an issue if this is your line of work, and again, I feel as if this office is racist or they were just racist to me my dad and my children we’re all black but it’s fine I would never recommend a dog to this practice and then when I ask for my file to go to another lawyer I have to wait so disrespectful. I am so disappointed that I was recommended me to them.
