Misrepresented me, avoided communication, never called me once, never did any service. Avoid these people as they avoid you.

I received a call back from this lawfirm from Jordan the phone rep who I thought was an AI ROBOT bec she kept speaking and gave no human interaction or kind expression. She assumed with her own ears I said something I did not which was “if you’re uncomfortable sending us documents then you can just wait for an email”. I asked her I’m sorry where did you hear that I was uncomfortable with sending doc? I was mid sentence explaining I will be using a scanner to send docs to them and she just heard whatever she wanted and dominated the entire conversation and allowed for no personable communication to take place. I am a business owner so I appreciate good help and honor attorneys hard work. This woman Jordan hung up on me mid sentence and treats people like they are of no substance or value. She has no idea who I am to pull such an ego and be unprofessional to clients. I have 4 Wells Fargo cases and I read the blog about their attorneys and had such a great demeanor and to get treated like garbage by this robotic Jordan who heard opposite of what was even said! I hope the call is recorded because their attorneys will be embarrassed to hear how she treats people! I seriously was convinced she was AI until she hung up the phone and said she would help other people even though I was completely willing and had zero resistance to follow the process. Every company has a process including my company! This Jordan should not be on phones if she will make up what she thinks she heard and not know how to communicate effectively and then hang up on someone mid sentence of explaining she misunderstood. LISTEN TO THE CALL to see how she is ruining your reputation unfairly. If you’re going to do business with this office Jordan will be the guard dog who is arrogant and thinks she knows better than anyone rather than being of empathetic service! I’m trying to be kind here but she is by far a bad day!
