I am so glad I made the right call to Julia Palzer after researching attorneys to update my trust. I am so impressed by Julia’s knowledge, communication skills, integrity, strong work ethic, energy and truly Lovely personality. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything I needed to do and made it easy. Our first meeting flew by and went at least a half hour past the schedule as we chatted about my family and my estate planning wishes. She listened and advised and took the time needed to help me understand the process, never making me feel rushed. When we finally made the decision to set up a Living Trust it was an easy choice for me. When searching online I found Kellogg and Palzer Law firm. When I saw Julia’s friendly smile on her website I knew she would be a nice/fun person and guide us through this process. Plus we share the same name! My brother passed away about a year ago. I was appointed the personal rep for the estate. I had no idea what to do so along with mourning my brother I was stressed to do my job as rep. I contacted an attorney here local in Millard but after talking to him he seemed dissinterested. I then set up an appt with Kellogg & Palzer. When I talked to Jeff Kellogg I knew I had made my choice. It was a long process going through probate but Jeff explained it all as each requirement was met, It took about 7 mos but it is now over. Jeff was both great at being an attorney but also as being a human being. He understood that for me it was a big deal even though he had done this many times, His compassion for you made him the best attorney I have ever dealt with. I can't recommed him enough. We had Julia Palzer complete our will and trust for us. Since we had never done anything like this we were very apprehensive about the whole process. Julia sat down with us and went over everything step by step. Any questions we had and we had more than a few, she answered them in a clear precise manner that a lay person could understand.
