Kellum law firm took my wife's case drunk driver running from a police stop hit my wives car she had to go to hospital and rehab.The cops were the witnesses they chased him down seemed like a closed case but when his northern lawyer met with them with us outside the room they dropped the case and weren't going to give us anything when we asked why they gave us 500.00 as they said for our trouble they were obviously paid off.

They are absolutely the worst when it comes to car accidents. Misrepresented my case & I had to withdraw from them representing my case any longer. Over a year 1/2 & they wasted my time & lied for over a year. My whole life left in a mess bc of Kellum Law. Please take your case elsewhere bc they are the most unprofessional. I deeply regret ever obtaining them as legal representation. The state bar association has been contacted.

My mom had a bad stroke back in 2019. We filed for disability with this company. My mom wcwas deceased as of Jan of 2021. Her case was won as of December of '22. I have not received payment til this day 9/07/23. The paralegal working the case was candy and the lawyer was Jeffrey. I have left multiple emails and voicemails to them. Please do not go with this company. My family and I had to call social security to see the reason why payment has not been received yet. We was told what was needed and we relied it to the law firm. BUT WHY DID WE HAVE TO DO THE LAW FIRM JOB!! I have been emailing and calling the "paralegal" working this case and it is truly exhausting because she sometimes doesn't return my calls and she doesn't email back!!! I'm disabled myself and I WILL NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU ARE IN A POSITION I AM IN PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

We used this firm to represent my mother in law for her disability case. Sadly she passed before it was won. It was won 5 months ago. We received a couple of calls a couple of months after it was won asking if the funds had been received. The last call she (the beneficiary) was told they had received their money and she should receive hers soon. That was the last call. The case was won 5 months ago. Multiple voicemails have been left to Kandi the paralegal on the case. We don’t know what needs to be done. “We’re with you all the way-until the check clears” is a more accurate slogan for this firm.
