I highly recommend this legal service. While everyone else was closed or did not answer, let alone return our call for a consultation the week before Christmas, Kelly & Jansen responded quickly and was able to fit me in before I left for the holidays. Very reasonable prices too. Excellent service and I couldn't ask for better.

I went through Mr.Kelly for an accident I was at fault for and an unrelated speeding ticket. I had to reach out a few times for updates but overall Mr.Kelly and his paralegal Cynthia are very down to Earth, helpful people. I have not had anything stick to my record and am very thankful for these people and the service they provide.

Dave Kelly is thorough, knowledgeable and upfront. Karen is speedy and very helpful. The staff is wonderful and everyone I have worked with is amazing and efficient. I could not have asked for a more reasonable attorney to work with, as he is very well-versed, prepared, and organized. His intelligence in family law and his in depth knowledge of the others involved (parties/attorneys/judges) even assisted my family's situation with predicted outcomes!

Jansen is a waste of time and energy. Left numerous calls and messages after meeting and didn’t return my call for 4 weeks to tell me he was too busy to take me on as a client. Don’t bother.

Literally called to see about a case my previous lawyer was unable to take due to having a business relationship with the doctors I told him BEFORE we delved into the conversation the name of the hospital and after explaining he then told me “we defend those people best of luck to you.” Why waste someone’s time. I honestly believe law firms are just afraid to take on this hospital especially the smaller firms which is fine but just be forth coming about it.

Wonderful practice! Everyone in the office is extremely nice, helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. I have used them more than once and Casey is always willing to take questions and concerns even after my case is complete! Hands down best around the metro!
