During one of the hardest times of my life (my father had just passed) I was trying to get something done at the courthouse and was struggling with it. Just by chance Lynn from Kelly Law Office happened to be there (I've never met her or used this office prior) and she went out of her way to help me with what I was trying to do. Turned out I need to do ALOT more than I originally thought, she helped me setup what I needed, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and was always there for me thru this whole ordeal. I can't express my gratitude enough to her or to the Kelly Law Offices. Even though it was a terrible time in my life they were there to help me and make it easier. Joe was our attorney for our dad's passing away and Lynn is the paralegal that assisted him. I do have to admit that a small overlook had taken place which was an honest human mistake but when we brought it up and spoke with Lynn about it, she has gone so far above and beyond to correct this matter. I would like to give a review of Kelly Law Firm. We had a death in our family who had no will. I had to act fast being one of the next of kin to have the funeral and get there affairs in order. I called several different law firms and got ahold of Kelly Law Firm. After speaking with them we decided to give them a chance. They acted fast and in turn our loved one did not have to wait long to have a celebration of life. I worked with the paralegal named Lynn a lot. She was there for me anytime I needed help or had questions. Lynn walked me thru so many things it was unbelievable. The even helped with matters that happened before the death of our loved one dealing with insurance and a not so great roof repair company! If we had questions they had answers. They worked around our schedules and top it off we live in Arkansas. They were happy to set a time to meet in person while we was up there to sell the property. They arranged everything to be done thru emails and mail. The represented us in court as we live out of state and made the whole probate situation as painless as possible. There rates are incredibly reasonable as to others in that area. If I needed a lawyer in the Indiana or Illinois area I would check with these guys first cause my husband has dealt with attorneys for years in law enforcement and he even agrees that these guys are the only way to go.
