Would not recommend working with Dan Nagle. My case felt back burned, and it was incredibly difficult to reach him or gain any updates through email. Numerous voicemails were left and were often not responded to. I eventually had to fire him after a year of having him on retainer to get another lawyer. That lawyer resolved my case within a month. Look elsewhere if Dan Nagle is on your case.

These guys helped me out when I was in a pinch and time crunch. Evan Leingang got my case prioritized and filed and finished quickly and smoothly. Very respectful and always answered the phone. Reasonable rates too. Im thankful that they were the ones to work on my case. Could not have gone better.

I cannot recommend Garrett Ludwig and Kelsch Ruff Kranda Nagle & Ludwig enough. When the first meeting starts out with "I have never even heard of evicting a gas plant" and the case ends with more than you ever hoped for, that is when you know you have hired the right firm. No one wants to need a lawyer, and few understand that a fair resolution usually means both side lose something. Garrett was able to keep my feet on the ground and explain the case so that we could make smart decisions and not emotional ones. I could not be happier with the outcome, even though I didn't get every unreasonable want that I had.

This firm was recommended to me personally, Angela Meyer. I was sued. I have never needed an attorney and I have not ever had to wade through the legal system. I endured quite a bit of stress through the process, especially prior to being represented by Grant Adkins. Once Grant took over representing me for a small claim suit, I was able to calmly wait for the court date. Grant gave me confidence to face a situation that brought on many emotions, and I was able to deal with it logically and based in facts with his guidance. Even if I had been judged against, due to my ignorance, I still believe Grant did the work that needed to be done, he told me the truth, and he put my mind at ease. I recommend Grant and this law firm. Many people told me I did not need an attorney. The facts were clear. One person told me I should hire an attorney so that I could remove anxiety that law suits and accusations cause. I now fully agree with the one person. Money well spent. Thank you. I now know anyone can bring a law suit with or without cause. I hope that I never need Grant's help again, but I will call him again, if that time should ever arise.

Grant is great. I recommend him to everyone. very helpful and straight to the point. he doesn't play games with anyone.

Todd Kranda is a very good attorney. He recommended a partner, Grant and he was the most unprofessional, unprepared attorney I have ever met!

Arlan Ruff has always done exactly what he has stated he would do as an attorney.

Do not hire these poor excuses for lawyers. They will promise promise promise and continue to drop the ball. Deadlines are never met, they lie and get upset when asked for any updates. If I could give negative stars I would. Take my advice and find someone else!!

Todd Kranda did well for me in the past. Then he was too busy and handed me off to Alex Kelsch, who was HORRIBLE! The judge questioned the other party better than he did. He gave me stupid advice, which I am glad I did not take.

Todd and his staff were very knowledgeable and understanding when my parents both passed away within a short amount of time. Todd walked us through the estate planning which eased some of the pain. We can't thank him and his staff for the outstanding job!
