Great experience

He's horrible. Same as the last guys review. He didn't show up to court I thought I was going to jail for 6 months. Stopped communicating. After I paid him. A lot of people know. How he is just ask around.

Worst lawyer I've ever hired. He stopped communicating with me after he failed to show for a hearing. Never tried to guide me in the right direction. I had an order stating the other party could not harass, follow or try to intimidate me. I had so much proof that he was and asked Kemether to please file a contempt of court. He promised to get right on it. Nothing. I finally was able to obtain a VPO and before that hearing I was informed that the opposing party and their attorney filed for a motion that Kenether was made aware of a MONTH prior and I was never informed. I went to his office, surprise surprise he was not there. I've sent him numerous emails, contacted his office. He will not withdraw as my counsel so I can not hire a new attorney until he does so. He took my money, went to my first hearing. Last April, and has done absolutely nothing since then. Save your time and money and hire a different attorney. I am in the process of reporting him to the bar association.

I have used Red for years. I would recommend him to anyone. He has helped my family and my friends. He has helped people when a lot of attorneys wouldnt and a lot of attorneys wanted money they did not have. Red is always honest. Always a straight shooter. People always come back to him. He fights for his clients. I have complete trust and respect for him. I have read the other reviews some negative and find them to be written by people who cant take responsibility for their behavior. Red does a lot of good for a lot of people.

Mr. Kemether is a first rate lawyer and a hands-on pro-active professional who handles all his own cases. His services are always in demand and he is attentive to a large clientele.

He was honest, did not overcharge us. He was always on time. Always returned our calls in a timely manner. did not have the clock on for phone calls and most importantly he won our case and collected our award for us.

Redmond is literally the worst lawyer I’ve ever experienced in my life. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my family who attended trial with me the whole length of trial. It was a simple case over my 2yr old son who his deadbeat dad was trying to get joint custody of. I have color coordinated notes and screenshots of DEATH THREATS. And Redmond did nothing to present it to the court. He never answered any of my emails barely answered my calls. And came out the losing factor receiving $7.91 in child support a month! From a man who literally works for the state. I’m currently in the process of reporting him to the bar. I feel very embarrassed and shamed and hurt because he never took me serious. I kept telling him to try and get him to sympathize with me that my son is everything to me and he did NOTHING but babysit me in court. Never spoke up. Never incorporated my screenshots, my timeline. Couldn’t even do something as simple as file a contempt notion. He does the BARE MINIMUM. And money was never the issue I was REFERRED to him by another client who fired him as their attorney. Please for the sake of your life and freedom and self respect DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. He needs to retire. He Is lazy with his job and just takes your money. Informed me of court dates AT LAST MINUTE. And wants to try and charge me a balance after I was told it was a FLAT RATE FEE. No contracts were signed no discoveries were done NOTHING. while the opposing attorney ran my name through the mud in court had my social media and screenshots and yet I had 1400 pages of threats and death threats and everyone’s social media as well Redmond just sat there never tried to defend me! DO NOT HIRE HIM HES LAZY AND WILL ENSURE YOU LOSE AND WILL EMBARRASS YOU IN COURT. And then won’t even release my court documents!! He is withholding court documents that I have a right to and he is refusing me my documents. HE IS A WHOLE LAWYER WHERE IS THE DIGNITY. Just one more thing to add to my paperwork to send to the bar.
