Brad is just a most excellent person and lawyer. He is always making sure to talk you through the process openly and like an equal. He is clear on the entire process of working with them, always gives you options and will give advice. My two favorite things from having him as my lawyer were that he was incredibly honest, "You always have a chance to lose a case, no matter what." This told me he was going to make sure to do his best. My second favorite part about working with him is that I had a panic about something going on during the process and I called his office and emailed him (this was Friday evening), and he actually called me back on a Sunday, on his personal time out of office. Definitely a quality person and a quality lawyer.

My experience with Kendall Law Group instilled in me great confidence in them from the get go, and also provided me with great satisfaction with both our interactions and with the amount of the insurance settlement in which they delivered. Brad is solid - all around! He’s an astute observer, a keen analyzer and a very effective communicator and negotiator. He said that he sees himself like a David, taking on Goliath (the Insurance industry). It’s obvious that he has extensive experience, and thoroughly knows the law, business and human dynamics. You can tell that he really loves what he does. Kelly, the office manager, is very pleasant and welcoming. She makes you feel very comfortable, and she runs a super smooth ship. The office, itself, is a stylish and comfortable oasis in which to conduct face-to-face business. And their specially-brewed coffee and goodies are the best. Kaila, the company’s paralegal, is a superb multi-tasker and very nice person, too, as are they all. She wrangles paperwork, schedules, communications, appointments, deadlines, medical records, clients, and medical, legal and insurance personnel. Kaila and everyone in the office do a great job with communicating. And they’re easy to reach. I’ve never had to leave a VM when I’ve called them during business hours. And questions get answered in a clear and timely manner. They’re also very accommodating. Although being in their office is a very enjoyable experience, when I faced some logistical challenges, Brad and Kaila both made trips to my town - to discuss business - and to deliver the settlement check! Speaking of settlement checks, the amount of the check was much more than I expected and much more than I thought would be a fair amount. What a much-appreciated resolution Brad and his Team brought about in response to an unfortunate circumstance that I found myself in. I won’t hesitate to share my recommendation of Kendall Law Group with anyone that desires a highly competent and well-deserving liability law firm.
