I was in a very bad accident and I needed a lawyer, and being new to NH, I looked online and picked the first legitimate one that I saw. Attorney Kenison went through the process with me and my wife (we both had separate claims with him from the same accident). You have to wait until all of your medical issues are dealt with, psychologists, etc, then he put in the claim. He said he would try to get it done before the end of the first year, but the only reason it didn't happen is because the adjuster on the other side didn't want to pay high money. However I had a certain amount I wanted and when they finally came up with a number in was very low and I refused to accept until I got it, I would have went to court if I had to. So after the second year (you must have patience, because it is not your attorneys fault, but it could take up to three years for the claim to go through), attorney Kenison got for me the exact number that I wanted and an excellent price for my wife. He is the real deal and will fight to get you what you want. So if you are in the Manchester area, give him a try, he will not let you down.
