Hired Ken and had no faith or confidence in him nor did he have any in himself! Had to hire a new lawyer to get the job done .I should have just taken my money & burned it !Total waste !
This Defendant has plead Guilty to this criminal offense with his new lawyer and received a worse sentence!! So his new lawyer ended up getting him a harsher sentence. What a bad move by this Defendant to get a new lawyer !!! Unfortunately, when a person has multiple prior criminals charges, the State does not want to dismiss the case. This person lied to us saying he had no prior criminal charges (he had many priors) so we had to withdraw.
