Kenneth was my Ssdi Attorney. I came to the appointment with all my medical records and all supporting documents from my doctor, who was recommending I apply for disability. I did not want for the attorney to have to chase down all my documents. I wanted to be fully prepared in case he would take my case. He answered my questions and agreed to take my case. He didn't waste any time. From start to finish, I was approved in 3 months. Social security approved the back onset date, which was nice. I want to update my original review, because once the situation became clear, I realized the issue was a misunderstanding with an outdated email address listed on the website. I had been reaching out through an old account, and the messages weren’t being seen. Once we were able to reconnect, Kenneth responded with care and understanding, and was very willing to help resolve things. This has been a deeply emotional time, as I lost my partner not long after his case, and I was navigating everything on my own. I was overwhelmed when I wrote my initial review. I now feel heard and supported, and I’m genuinely grateful for Kenneth’s kindness and willingness to help. Thank you for your compassion during a difficult chapter.

Although I am still mid appeal process, And it’s been a very, very long wait, And after getting very frustrated with Ken for some initial issues with lack of communication, He went above and beyond to call me and address all my questions and continues to advocate for my case despite how hard it is dealing with Social Security lately.

I'm very appreciative that he took me on as a client during the pandemic however he dropped me as a client after deciding my case wasn't worth fighting for, he stopped returning my calls and only after I found new representation did I receive a call. A couple of months later my case settled with my new representation.

I've been waiting almost 5 years and he never contacts me

Ken Gormly was my disability attorney for 3 years. I got denied the first time i applied and he suggested we apply again and my case was approved the second time. He did not give up and i would recommend him if you need a social security disability attorney.

The worst lawyer I've ever had ! Absolutely no Communication. Just like other reviews say he does not respond to emails or return phone calls. You'll have to do all the leg work for him to get all the documents. You'd be better off representing yourself

I have to say my court day is tomorrow but that being said! He is an amazing lawyer. Very knowledgeable and understanding highly recommended!!!!

He will never respond to your e-mails so don’t even try. You’ll have to call the office and leave message after message. When you do talk to him, he seems very nice, but he makes no effort to understand you until literally minutes before you’re in front of an ALJ.
