This law firm some how found the account and routing numbers to my child’s savings account and took nearly $5,000 out of his account. I am in Kentucky and no where near Michigan and have never contacted this firm.

Kepes & Wine PC took my less than ideal case that was turned down by a large law firm. I had pre-existing injuries from a car accident a decade prior that accelerated after a recent crash. They were thorough, professional, and family oriented. I felt like Rob was my big brother during my deposition. Sherry is diligent and responds quickly even through email. Their firm suffered what must have amounted to a tremendous loss this year with the death of a beloved attorney that kept in contact with me durning the early part of my case. I didn't know it until several months later because in their professionalism, they kept the ball moving. I would 100% recommend this firm to represent people that I care about. Well. I hired a big name lawyer SB office when I got hit by a drunk driver in 2022. After wasting a year and a half and being told that it's a waste of time, I fired them and called Kepes & Wine. I should've went with them first! Not only did they go above and beyond. They kept me informed every step of the way. They worked solidly on my case. They had it wrapped up in less than a year! Shameless. On June 17, 2017, my niece was driving a vehicle that was in the middle of a fender-bender involving three vehicles at a stoplight. Ten days later, my niece died. Two and a half years later, another of those drivers claimed to have been injured. Physicians' exams showed to the court unequivocally that that driver had never suffered any such injury. The lying plaintiff had sued both my deceased niece and my father who had since died, since my father paid my niece's automobile insurance. Once it was clear that the judge would dismiss the suit as baseless if it were presented in court, Kepes & Wine shamelessly asked the insurance company for a settlement out of court. The plaintiff, who was never injured and who peculiarly never presented any complaint whatsoever until the statute of limitations had almost run out, is now $19,000 richer minus the fees that Kepes & Wine will shamelessly keep. This sum must be in compensation for the mental labor and anguish of lying and filing a bogus lawsuit, wasting the time of the woman who is the surviving mother of one dead defendant and the surviving daughter of another dead defendant. My sister had to take time off of work, pay for childcare and spend time with attorneys to defend her two dead relatives against this baseless lawsuit from a plaintiff whose bedrock principle is working the system. Shameless. If you are a lying and unprincipled broke person looking to gain material wealth for no work and with no just cause, Kepes and Wine is the law firm for you.

So cheap and bad to even pay the medical records invoice which the lawyer request it, never seen like this law office before.

Avoid this place. Everyone was nice and helpful until my case settled. When my case settled and I signed the release to get the check, my attorney lied saying he hasn't received the first check for almost 3 months, then the second part of my case settled and I talked to my attorney July 11th on the phone and he said we are waiting for the check. I immediately called the company who issued the check and found out it was sent June 1st. I have expressed numerous times via email, phone calls, and in person as to the distribution of my case and yet my attorney refuses to listen. Once he got his portion he basically bailed on me and is more concerned with stringing me along then having my best interest in mind.
