I began my SS Disability claim with this group in 2024. The lack of professionalism, lack of communication, lack of timely follow up and overall bull pin style call center is appalling. I am disabled now and have been for 2 years and they sat on a denial for 7+ months with no notice to me. When I reached out to the rep I had been dealing with the whole time, I heard nothing back for months. When I called in I was told my rep was in the phn and would call me back…. Days later I would hear from a different person, who wasn’t apprised of my file details and they would run me thru the gamete again. Today I finally fired them and will just navigate this myself.

I was told at the very beging that You guys would only take out 25 persent of what they owed me. Well you guys took 6,000. Dollars for me and I only got 2,000. EDIT: James did call me back and spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the decision with me. I'm appreciative of that and is more in line with what I was expecting from the firm. I have filed originally almost 3 years ago and was denied. We appealed and was denied again. To top it all off, I just finally had a chance to read the decision and it's quite obvious that an insane amount of medical history never made it to the judge. James Edmunds apologized to me about the letter that my primary care physician wrote never getting entered as evidence, but there were extremely serious issues like advanced diabetes and kidney failure that never met the desk of the judge either. I, like most people whom left a review here, have not gotten a return call but once. I've only talked to my actual attorney 3 times in 3 years and we're having to appeal the decision again. Should I just find a different attorney before I lose all of my working credits? I should be on SSDI by now with around 2500 a month to live on due to how hard I've worked my entire life. I'll give an update or edit if things change, but the appeal itself is time-sensitive and I doubt that I can wait to find a different attorney considering that this one doesn't return my calls despite me doing a majority of the legwork for them already.

I wanted to quit my case. I was denied, and didn’t want to proceed. But Kerr Robichaux and Carroll kept telling me to be positive. They said I had a good case. So I stuck around. And it paid off! My appeal was granted! I am getting monthly checks. And health insurance will follow. And after that backpay! When it comes time to pay my bill….. it will be all smiles and fist bumps. Twice now, I have had scheduled appointments and no one ever called me!! By the very nature of the their business and the clients they work with, they must know how difficult it can be for someone applying for DISABILITY to be able to be present for and make appointments - yes, even phone appointments. They seem to have a complete disregard and lack of basic courtesy and respect for their clients. EDIT: Once I finally did speak with the actual attorney, he has been great! He has kept his appointments and called when he said, and spent a ton of time talking with me about my case and walking me through how everything would go. He was very kind and supportive and I never felt rushed with any of it, and I feel he did a great job representing me during my hearing and making sure he was prepared for it. So while I maintain my earlier statement about the unreliable and dismissive nature of their administrative staff, my lawyer (who was apparently never even informed or aware of the earlier appointments I was supposed to have that had been missed) is actually really great and I am so appreciative of his support and work on my case.

This place is I can't even tell you. I never read the reviews and wish I had. My sister and I pretty much had to do all the work. We both would try to call several times a week with no answer at all or someone always saying no lawyers are available leave a message and they will get back to you. They never ever would. I would email and ask for help. I had to do everything myself I asked them for help on several occasions to help me get stuff together for a interview or resources as I was getting evicted and much more. They sent those to me after they received almost 5000 dollars mind you my doctor wrote a letter saying I was disabled and I sent that to social security which sealed the deal. Believe me they got a good chuck of really what should be mine as they did the bare minimum and never get back to you ever. They are very disorganized and I think probably just have paralegals. Do not use them and make sure you find someone that will really help and fight for you and be the same person. Then doesn't rob you if you finally get social security. Picture this you have no income for a year. You are up to debt everywhere you turn, can't pay rent have to borrow from your mom who is also on social security and stage 4 cancer you are getting evicted car reposed. You can't work you are just trying to survive everyday with the pain you have and then you have a place like this. I had no agreement or say so to what money they got as they sent a letter to social security and social security just sent it to them. That was December 8th I still have received one penny.

I'm truly at a loss . And iv never and never would try and couse a bissness problems. But rite now I'm looking at all the problems I'm left with .my case was so cut and dried . I have been disabled and on disablty since 2010. Some how simple paper work not filled out in time caused me to loose my payments . Cousing me to loose my home everything. We'll I'm sick .very much needing my payments back so I hired kerr R......... it's been a year iv called so many times . Left messages for MY TEAM. THE BIGGEST RUN AROUND EVER. This is what there lack of effort has left for me . I no longer need an attorney. Buy the time I was to get reinstated I'd be dead or so close to it . The shitty thing is i exsplaned the time sinsativness to them and they said no longer then 8 months. It's been a year and not one paper filed not one ? Awnserd not nothing just a bunch of I'll have your team get back to you. Understand that after they legally became my attorney. I never Hurd back from them.
