You know this company came in like they were going to be the knights in shining armor to help me get some of my claims settled with social security administration. The long and short is they won't return your phone calls till they're ready. You can't share updates with them cuz they give you no way to do that and when you do call or leave a message they don't call you back. I'm within a reasonable amount of time. Therefore leaving you in pain leaving you wondering and leaving you. You know worried about what's going to happen next. You know a lack of communication is like one of the biggest peeves in the world. People want to work within their time frames instead of having some type of sense that well. You know what? Let's give this guy a call to see what's important they claim to have teams working on your case. They claim to be able to produce. They claim a lot of stuff they can't deliver and that's probably why they've got three stars. They're definitely not getting. The only reason they even got to start from me is because well Google won't allow me to not put a star out. Anybody else doing social security claims out there? Just do them yourself man cuz you know at least you know where you stand and just being ghosted is not cool. Have a good day

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I had to do a lot of communication & work for them, a lot! They lack on communication & their duties, literally! It's unfortunate that a client has to do all that for them. The whole point of hiring an SSI Attorney's is to have do all the communication with the Social Security Administration people for you & fill any paperwork that's being sent in the mail, but that's not the case & the impression they gave me. And not one Attorneys at this law firm even bother to contact me or introduce themselves to their clients. Rude! The whole time I've been communicating with, is the "Legal Assistance." Really? A third party legal representatives to represent me? Wow! This law firm have wasted my time for almost 2 months for nothing & Paul Warren decided to contact me & said, we cannot represent you anymore, sir! I had to stay on top of them & continue challenged them of why I have to do a lot of work for a firm when clearly I hired an attorney for. They seem to not like to challenged them from their own client's. I was only doing my job, too! One again ladies & gentlemen, I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone, Period! Good luck!

Great service and great staff that work for you

I have never had a law firm treat me as well as Kerr Robichaux & Carroll. If I had concerns or questions, they were always there for me. I could text, email or call and have someone to talk to each time. If you are disabled and uncertain who to call for help, I definitely would recommend calling and asking for Rebecca Miller. She was my lawyer and very nice to work with. They will do everything humanly possible for you.
