Complete llyer do not believe a word this man says .. he has no knowledge of the law!!! He told my friend in front of me if he pled guilty he would not loose rights that after his plea were taken away for life!!!

This attorney will work on his own believes and interests he is not a woman’s advocate, not knowledgeable enough in many areas. He will act very quickly to accept your money but refuse to serve you due to his negligence and lies. He does not appropriately serves our community. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else. Save your money and all the headaches he will cause you.

Mr. Kethley is very approachable and will always take the time to explain things in a clear manner that can be understood by normal people. He genuinely cares about his clients and the outcome of their various cases and trials. I used him for my divorce as well as an accident I was involved in and found him to be quite useful in both instances. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an attorney that actually sees you as a person rather than just a means to get paid.

Ray is always ready to listen and understand his client before he suggest his solution. He is alway easy to talk to with a very nice attitude regardless of the offense.

This attorney took my money after he told me he was experienced in bad faith onsurance litigation. I put out of pocket nearly 5000 dollars. Which the attorney spent 40 dollars to enroll. Then he did not work my case at all and didnt file the proper motions of opposition. He sat on my case for over a year. Then he requested 10,000 more dollars and threatened to withdraw if I didnt accept some low ball offer. He refused to do as I asked him. Then Mr. E.Ray Kethley sent me an email proving that he had no clue about my bad faith insurance case in fact he referenced a non-existent third party which proved that he never read my case file. If I could give him a lower rating I would. I feel based on the evidence and the fact Mr. E Ray Kethley refused to provide me a billing of my account after four request that this man intentional ripped me off by taking my money and lacking due diligence in his representation of me. I have hard evidence that E Ray Kethley did not do the job even as an average attorney would have done. I will be posting a RIP Off report very soon.
