It has taken me a while to sit to write this review. The mental anguish my accident caused has made me avoid thinking about all forms of it, but this review was necessary. I had been in a minor accident that left harsh outcomes, and I was forced to deal with a terrible insurance adjuster from the party at fault. The investigator was so rude and threatening that it gave me anxiety. I panicked every time the phone rang. I knew that I had been not been at fault for the accident, yet I was being harassed for seeking a rental car and repairs to my vehicle. It was so bad that I seriously considered just letting it go to avoid the mental stress of it all. That's when my brother in law suggested I see K. Kalajian. It was the first time I felt heard, validated and reassured that I wasn't doing anything wrong. The pressure of dealing with the adjuster and dealing with the repairs and insurance companies was immediately relieved the day Kevin took my case. It wa the first night I slept without waking up with anxiety. I never had to deal with another element of that case besides the occasional email or phone call with updates from only Kevin. It allowed me time to grieve and deal with my mental health. He was professional, and aggressive on my behalf, and I didn't have to tell him to be. He gave me solid advice and never hesitated to take my call. He always made time for me and never rushed my decisions. I dealt with only him, never anyone else, not even the paralegal. He would take the time to reach out to me, rather than I having to seek him out with an update and plan. The best decision I made was hiring him to help me.
