Kevin Obrien is either very unorganized or very dishonest. Kevin has been billing me for hours for over a year for a case we never hired him or his firm on. My understanding is he recently was disbarred for unethical Practices and if his harassment doesn’t stop we will be making a claim against him.

Threatened to come to my house because his client said we owed him money can’t wait for our day in court

Extremely poor customer service skills, and very rude staff. Very hostile tone from staff and attempts to be intimidating. Would not recommend them.

This place does not keep accurate paper work!! They will try to rip you off again and again!! If you deal with them save your bank statements like I have to prove them wrong and contact your own attorney to deal with them like I did today!! And know your Statues of Limitations!!! Be aware of this company and talk to an attorney before dealing with them!!!

Kevin O'Brien has helped me on at least a half dozen issues over the past 10 years, he is an amazing attorney! His rates are VERY fair, and he's the only attorney that truly cares about his clients. And no, Kevin is NOT one of those bottom feeders who chases ambulances. So, if it were me and i needed a great attorney, I would contact him. Unless you want to settle for 2nd best....
