I was in a car accident in 2024. My biggest concern though all of it was that I would be sent to collections. Kevin told me several times not to worry about it because he has taken care of everything and that they wouldn't send me to collections for such a low amount. He was wrong. Not only was I sent to collections on one of the bills, but two other companies said they didn't know that they were supposed to be billing my private health insurance. So now, nearly 9 months later I receive a phone call from the physical therapy office that I owed money. They were told that the claim was closed and that everything had been paid and that I was to pay them. They had no idea that a large check had been issued to my private insurance, because they said they would pay the bills. Now I'm stuck with a $2000 bill and no money to pay it. I don't recommend Kevin. I'm so irritated that he got such a large portion of my settlement for not doing his job.
