I was in a bicycle accident with a car. I had some significant but not life threating injuries to my upper body. I was referred to Rick by a good friend who has used them in the past. I had an excellent experience. Rick and Trista were very professional and quick to respond to any questions that I had. I was happy with the outcome of my case and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

The woman they had answering the phone was very polite and kind. On the other hand, the attorney that called was very dismissive and apparently had no interest in even steering me in the right direction. Also, I requested a call at a specific time of day and they didn't honor that.

If you actually want to have a chance in court go with a different law office. Had a case that should of been a cake walk to prove I was bot guilty. As the review shows they were able to mess even that up.

Way over priced , the lack of contact with their clients is amazing . The attorney named Clark sat in the chair and did nothing but breath in his court appearances . If you want to see a joke find out what court house he’s going to be at and enjoy the lack of a show . You can represent yourself watch court tv and do a better job! !

Rick keys was the lawyer that my lawyer friend, Cartee—who doesn’t practice in Illinois—spat out when I asked for a really good criminal lawyer. He looked for the deal that would be most beneficial and one that I could be successful at. He made a real wrong move of mine with hefty consequences manageable and to have a felony status only temporary while I satisfied the courts. He was direct and has the courts respect. He’ll coach on what you should wear, how you should talk and ensures you completely understand and know what to expect. He’s a solid man and represented me fair and quickly.

Went to court & RICK made decisions without notifying me & set up a deal with the prosecutor to have me arrested. He will not defend you.
