Courtesy and respect go a long way in business - both were absent in my experiences with this firm. I’ve been under contract twice through Kham Law, and closed one of those transactions. In my experience, Donnie seems very cold and unwelcoming - almost as if he is annoyed with me. Never once greeted me nor offered a handshake in person. Rather than starting with “Hello” over the phone, he stayed completely silent for 15 seconds before taking a condescending tone and asking; “so what’s your question??” The attitude, the tone, the overall energy he lets off is that of someone who thinks they are better than me and my family. If you’re the type that upholds and expects a certain standard of business practice, I would highly advise using one of the other hundreds of closing attorneys available in Georgia. Those who think/act like they’re the smartest in the room, seldom are.

Great closing attorney. Pre-Closer was very detailed and got our final documents to us 3 days prior to closing, which always makes the actual day of closing go smoothly.

Highly unprofessional & misleading attorney. Do not trust Kham Law if you are selling a property & they are representing the buyer. They will use anything against the seller in the best interest of their client (the buyer). I provided them everything in good faith & paid expedited fees to have HOA provide them all documents & yet they charged the seller for the HOA transfer and initiation fees, when per law it’s always the buyers responsibility. They never asked about it up front, despite being well aware an HOA is involved. When I called for clarification, Donnie hanged up on me saying “he only represents his client”. Well said & well played Kham law, choosing to remain silent so you could use this in favor of your client. Donnie is very unprofessional and Kham Law will rip you off where they can for a matter of pennies/dollars.
