Although they could not represent me for my case since they only did personal injury and not property damage, they did provide very helpful information to help me win my case against Geico. The name of this law firm suites them well instead it should be spelled CON law firm. This place is a joke. I hired them after being in an accident. They are super unresponsive. The first parallegal I worked with went nearly 6 months acting as my attorney until I found out her wasn’t. Since then I’ve had several different case managers. They told me that the insurance company only offered them a $2,500 settlement (which would’ve left me in more debt after paying them and medical fees) and that we would need to go into litigation (they increase there fee when cases go into litigation by the way) but when I called the insurance claims department myself the amount I was told was way more than what I was told by this law firm. I immediately fired them, represented myself and got a much larger pay out. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT let these con artists handle any case for you. This was my first time ever being in an accident and I regret I didn’t further my research.

I recently had an incident that left me in need of a personal injury lawyer. I have never been through this type of thing before and was not quite sure how to proceed. I went online and googled personal injury lawyers and looked for ones that specialized in my type of case. I received responses from several firms and was not feeling very comfortable. One firm was too pushy, the next was not very responsive, then came Khan. I received a phone call from Terry (sp?) at Khan. From our initial phone conversation, she was polite and professional and sounded like she had a genuine concern for how I was doing so I scheduled an appointment to meet with her. I was a bit nervous when I went in because I have never had to hire an attorney or firm before, and like everyone, had heard very very few good things about attorneys and their firms. When I arrived at the Khan office in Tukwila I became a bit more nervous. Don't let my nervousness or the outer appearance of their building make you feel uneasy. As soon as I entered the building I was warmly greeted by Terry. She took me into her office and we discussed the details of my case. Terry was able to quickly put my mind at ease. She showed none of the stereotypical sleeze that attorneys and lawyers are labelled with. As I already mentioned, she seemed to have a genuine concern for me and how I was doing. Not only that, but her knowledge of my topic was perfect. She also had a surprising knowledge of the area where my incident occurred. Not just the city, but even the exact building. Apparently she had frequented the same place in the past. By the end of my meeting with Terry I can honestly say that I felt/feel good in my choice of law firms. Terry's legal knowledge and expertise are great, her communication skills are amazing, as are her patience and understanding. We are just getting started with my case, but I will let everyone know how it went when it is over.

I was hit by a driver coming out of a 7-11 while riding my bicycle. The driver claimed that I hit her and her insurance company initially denied my claim. I was unable to work for 2 months, had numerous hospital and medical bills, and was in rehabilitation for about 6 months. I was becoming a little concerned about Kahn Law after the case dragged on for nearly two years so I went down unannounced to see what was happening with my case. I was blown away when I learned that the key investigator knew my case much better than I did. My case was complicated and had stacks and stacks of medical records which he seemed to have committed to memory. I was also impressed with his strategy to maximize the settlement and to maximize the payout to me. It took about another three months after that meeting to finally receive my settlement, but it was well worth the wait. It was much much bigger than I could have imagined.
