BOYCOTT BOYCOTT BOYCOTT This specific place has to be the most unprofessional law firm in Dallas. Farid Mogadishi never litigated during court. He yields towards the judge and fails to speak up and will not fully represent you in order to delay the process so you end up paying more and more each time. Will take your money for whatever reason it may be. Whether if it’s to call and know the next steps, to even charging for getting your files back after you decide that working with this lawyer has been financially, mentally, and emotionally draining. They will avoid signing court documents, and will delay paperwork until the very last moment so that you end up chasing them. He will not keep you updated on future court dates too. There were several court dates that I missed due to him just not communicating. At times, when I had to show up at his law firm for an online court, he didn’t bother to show up on time to open up the firm and have a computer ready for use. This place is MEDIOCRE, and all of the employees in here are just hanging out. He has no respect for you, he had the audacity to have the judge waiting on him during an online court because he forgot that he had it while he was in the restroom. DO NOT HIRE ANYONE FROM HERE

I had a terrible experience with Khavari & Moghadassi, Attorneys at Law, P.C. and I do not recommend them to anyone. Their communication throughout the entire process was awful. It took much longer than expected, and it often felt like they only cared about the money—not the people they were supposed to be helping. Working with their paralegal, Leslie, was especially frustrating. Every time I had a question or concern, it was extremely difficult to get a timely response. When I called for updates, she often sounded annoyed and uninterested. She also promised to help with an important application, only to change her mind and back out at the end of the case. Overall, this was a horrible, stressful experience from start to finish. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for legal help.
