I incurred a work injury but I did not "immediately" realize that the numerous "sudden & unusual symptoms" that I was experiencing was actually caused by my work situation. Then I naively attempted to navigate the Work Comp process myself, thinking my employer would do the right thing by me since I had been an excellent employee for many years. My injuries were a number of physical manifestations as a result of prolonged "overwork" and "extreme stress" due to the work situation. This type of case is the most difficult to prosecute. Because of these components when I did finally realize that I needed a lawyer, no attorney would take the case. I was physically unwell, emotionally distraught, in financial hardship from the injury and missed work AND I was still working in the exact same "overwork and stressful" work situation that caused the injury to begin with. I was just barely hanging on. Mr. Farhad responded to my phone call, heard my situation and had the courage to take this case. If you are reading this review, do not hesitate. Call immediately for representation. I did not pay anything up front. Calling attorneys was scary and difficult (for me at least). I didn't know what to do, how much a lawyer would cost, I was injured, embarrassed by the whole situation, emotionally traumatized by it all, overwhelmed, I was in financial hardship by this point and so on. Having to tell the story and the entire series of events to tons of lawyers I contacted was taxing on me. That is where I was, at least, by the time Mr. Khojasteh agreed to take my case. I cried but out of relief that someone was going to try to help me. He was my Angel and a Godsend. My employer was not going to compensate me for anything, tried to shut the case multiple times, and "purposefully" overwhelmed me by burying me in their paperwork which I have since learned is a "tactic" used to get the injured party to just give up or knowing that the injured party is in no "state" to be able to "keep up with it all" and reply by their deadlines, ect. When Mr. Farhad began representing me, he took care of "EVERYTHING". No more WC letters came to me. All communications were handled by Mr. Farhad. He took care of it all. There is nothing that can "really" compensate a person for an injury incurred, especially if there is long-term "Permanente" damage; however, receiving compensation DOES matter and make a difference. I’m going to share my story. I had Farhad who been helping me out, making me understand while trying to explain thing and he been patience with me. It can be very complicated WC (Worker’s Compensation), my best suggestion to work with them, and it may take time. I would recommend this attorney. You won’t be disappointed once you have them. I had 2 injuries, from FEDEX FREIGHT, as far as you know, they expecting you come back to work because they doesn’t care about your health. I would suggest consider about your health, if you want to filed for WC, don’t give up and time will get through. Don’t be scare to apply for WC. It took me 2 years or so, plus being partly deaf wasn’t a easy task since I had to rely on my only right hearing aid, unfortunately it didn’t work. It pretty interesting how they turn out to treat you like an outsider even it is what it is for having WC. Other than that, the WC case is closed. They will make sure you have your settlement. This was the biggest rip off ever. This guy did nothing for my husband who had a traumatic brain injury at work that left him with permanent disability. He got us to hire him and then did nothing but take half of what disability paid for his rating. Thousands of dollars for zip! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy, unless you want to pay thousands for not an ounce of effort on his part. He is why lawyers have such a bad reputation. He is the worst!

This Lawfirm is the BEST. Got injured at work. As I got released from PT- the company I worked for had put me back to the old job description I used to do- a position i got injured on, when it was promised to me that I was going to be given a position that was less stressful on my left shoulder, but to no avail that promised was broken. As I was back on the floor ( skilled nursing facility) I couldn’t do my job well.. by the 5 th hour of my shift my left shoulder was hurting bad.
