This firm is a joke! They lie about how much settlements are and attempt to pocket the money. They go back on every promise that they make. Also, see their reviews on their Tulsa listing. Their staff walked out on them a year ago and it has been downhill since. Joshua Kidd has a horrible reputation in Stillwater, where he resides and no one in OKC seems to really know who he is. Good luck getting a phone call returned or ever getting any money if you chose this firm. They deserve a ZERO rating.
Heather, you have never been a client of Kidd Law and your statements are false. To clarify, our staff did not walk out on us. Jim is no longer a part of this firm due to liability issues and the fact that he is a registered sex offender. Most importantly, our client contract says we are not to receive more money than the client so if you don't get paid neither do we!
They were great to work with, their fees were very reasonable and our settlement was good. I would recommend them to anyone.
