KPR has been the easiest group I have ever worked with, they stay on top of things that I have forgotten about and super professional when doing it. All of my needs from LLC formation, will and trust info, and tax questions I have at a very reasonable price point as well.

KPR did a perfect job for us in the case of a rogue building contractor. They filed a claim against him in the RI Supreme Court, tracked him despite his elusiveness and served him the court documents, won the case against him, and last but not least, they made him pay the entire (fairly large) sum that the court had ordered him to pay over a period of 5 years. Also, the financial arrangement between KPR and us was fair and reasonable.

I had a problem collecting a somewhat large sum of money that was due to me in a loan agreement. Ryan and Charles did a wonderful job taking in all aspects of the loan and had my problem solved in a timely manner. If you have a legal problem , run to this firm to handle your case.
