I used Attorney Tully and Shyam Reddy, his Medicaid specialist, for my mom’s Medicaid application. It was a very complicated situation which initially resulted in 2 denials, a fair hearing, and a reconsideration. Ultimately, it was approved after one year of continuous follow-up. Attorney Tully’s experience with Medicaid as an assistant district attorney and his involvement in helping create some of the statute's gave him an excellent understanding of what needed to be done to get my mom’s application approved. He was very aggressive at the fair hearing and with the reconsideration which was very impactful. Shyam Reddy did an excellent job of preparing the Medicaid application and following up on all requests. He’s very organized and methodical in his approach. He worked previously in a nursing home and is very knowledgeable about what’s required for Medicaid approval. Shyam was very helpful in outlining what he needed from me and coaching me on next steps. Both Attorney Tully and Shyam were available and very responsive. I’d highly recommend them both.
