The receptionist was unprofessional and did not understand basic legal terminology. She also misunderstood the nature of the case and treated it as something it was not. I explained that my case involved a civil tort for wrongful exclusion and property conversion. She admitted she did not know what those terms meant and then told me, “I don’t have to know those terms.” Despite that, she refused to take down my information or ask an attorney about it, saying she would not forward anything unless she knew it was a case they could take, even though she had just admitted she did not know the terms needed to determine that. Her tone throughout the call was rude and argumentative. Her lack of basic knowledge and poor demeanor prevented me from speaking with an attorney who could have assessed my case. A law firm receptionist should be able to relay client information accurately and courteously instead of making uninformed decisions that deny people access to representation.

The office is under construction at this time. But the staff was very attentive and the attorney was focused on me. I would refer a friend who needs representation to this firm.

Lack of knowledge in specific areas of the law. Using this law firm ended up causing more issues than solving them. Then they stopped the council and told me to seek another lawyer who was more experienced. I was still obligated to pay for services... although I couldn't figure out what services I was paying for since nothing on my end had been resolved, and I was told to seek other council.

Top notch and professional, the attorney I got did more in one day than a previous lawyer I had did in a month, Sarah was magnificent! Now this isn’t a charity organization and they are about the money because time is money but there is no price on your freedom . I highly recommend them and I would use them again without hesitation

There are levels when it comes to lawyers and trust me, they are at the top of the pyramid. Not only did they get my case DISMISSED, I actually enjoyed going to court just to watch Terrence with his 30+ years of experience in action. I called a dozen lawyers before contacting Terrence and I knew within the first 5 minutes of speaking with him that his mental aptitude was so far beyond any other lawyer I had spoken with.
