I posted a good review at first because the lawyer asked me to do so [ verifiable] and honestly I trusted her so I gave 5 stars. It has now been years and it is a constant struggle to get response. Initially she was eager and responsive. That ended pretty quickly. My case is complicated which I understand but she has given no confidence towards the case and when I ask direct questions I get vauge and empty responses. Communication with her is like pulling nails. You wait months and months for an email that has 3 sentences. Perhaps she is a wonder lawyer for a number of areas but for personal injury so far I feel this has been a nightmare. I will cross post this review elsewhere as I am sure she will likely just take this down and try to stop me from expressing my experiences... I just feel fooled. If she didn't feel confident about the case why did she even take it? I feel as though 2 years have been wasted.

Kim advised me on a lease dispute I had with Lumina, the unscrupulous dorm management company at Duquesne University, and declined to accept payment for her time. She was generous with her expertise and pointed me in the right direction. It took six months, but the dispute was successfully resolved in our favor. Thank you, Kim! Word of advice to parents with students enrolled at Duquesne and living in dorms managed by Lumina. Parts of their leases at 100% unlawful they way they are written today, but that doesn't stop the management company from trying to extract payment out of you and being very nasty about it. It's a pity that a Catholic institution like Duquesne knowingly does business with Lumina.
