I was referred to Kim by an attorney at Rue and Ziffra. The receptionist was very rude and wouldn't give me a chance to talk. She doesn't seem very knowledgeable either because I asked a question about making a claim through the VICP(Vaccine Court) and she said, with a snotty attitude, "I've never heard of that, bye." Then hung up on me. That is no way to treat your customers.
