FANTASTIC SERVICE. Never knew there were Elder Attorneys! So professional, patient and kind! Explained everything so we could understand it, one item at a time. Make a decision on that item before you move onto the next so it wasn’t overwhelming. Sent us home with a copy of it so we could make sure that’s what we wanted. Next appt. was the signing. Even after you sign, you can make changes. EXCELLENT EXPLAINING OF WILLS and will even guide the Executors thru their responsibilities when the time comes if needed. BEST SERVICE PROVIDED!

Very professional in meeting; quite expensive especially as I had most of documents previously prepared and need updating. Quick to take large deposit and not quick in their work. No communication 5 weeks post the initial meeting and no sense of when the work will be complete.

Highly recommend Kimbrough. From the start to finish the entire staff was professional, kind, informative and responsive to my calls. My 84 yr old father went for elder care advice for him and my mother with ALZ. He had a good existing POA but it potentially lacked the full financial power he would want his agent to have. A new will was done should he pass before my mother that would care for her with a trust.

The firm's underlying philosophy is to protect the client; in other words, to lessen or prevent any liability the client may face.
